We all have a natural flow of energy that affects our physical, mental, hormonal and emotional health. When this energy gets blocked or unbalanced - whether from stress, trauma, or life’s challenges - it can lead to symptoms like anxiety, pain, fatigue, or feeling "stuck".

Energy Healing works to rebalance the energy in your physical body, calm your mental state, and stabilise your emotions. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself,  often with a renewed sense of clarity and direction

Energy Healing supports a wide range of experiences, from physical tension and fatigue to emotional overwhelm, mental health and mood changes, relationship stress, burnout and hormonal changes, fertility concerns, low self-confidence or feeling lost, and the side effects of medical treatments.

This work helps your body and energy system find balance, which can positively influence all areas of life.

Each session begins by identifying the stress or imbalance behind what you’re experiencing. Through gentle techniques, we clear the energetic and emotional layers that are contributing to the issue, helping you move forward with more clarity and ease.

If you’re unsure whether Reiki or Kinesiology is right for you, go ahead and book a ‘For You - Cleanse & Restore’ session.  At the start of our time together, we’ll talk through what’s happening for you - emotionally, physically, or energetically -  and choose the approach that feels most supportive.

Whether it’s Kinesiology, Reiki, or a combined energy session, the focus is always on helping you feel clearer, calmer, and more balanced.

There’s nothing special you need to do to prepare for Reiki or Kinesiology. Simply come as you are. If you’d like, take a moment beforehand to reflect on what’s been feeling “off” or what you’d like support with. This can help set a clear intention for your session.

It is ideal to wear relaxed clothing that allows you to feel at ease while lying on the treatment table. After all, this is your time to breathe and unwind.

Just yourself. You don’t need to bring anything specific - just an open mind and heart to receive the energy that will create the shift you’re searching for.

After your session, give yourself space to rest and integrate. Drink plenty of water, take a gentle walk, or take some quiet time if possible. You may notice subtle shifts over the following days and you should allow these to unfold naturally. Journaling is a useful tool to continue the process and allow your thoughts and feelings to continue to clear. This will bring further balance to your body and integrate the work that unfolded in your session.

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people experience a noticeable shift after one session and feel armed to continue their healing journey on their own.  They might pop in for a “tune up” every now and then. For others, they benefit from a few sessions across a number of weeks or months to gently unravel deeper patterns. We’ll discuss what feels right for you after your first appointment.

The choice always lies with you.

I believe that Energy Healing can be complementary to other treatments that may be working for you. If there are traditional medical treatments that are helping you on your journey, Energy Healing can be used alongside these practices to support your return to wellness and wellbeing.

Yes. When working with children and teens, their age, personality, comfort level, and the stress surrounding the issue being addressed all guide the approach I take.  These tailored sessions are always gentle, calm  and supportive, helping them to release stress and restore balance in a way that feels safe and nurturing.

I have worked with children and teens who experience  challenges around anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional regulation, fears, low self-esteem and other physical, mental and emotional struggles.

Absolutely. While many of my clients are women navigating life transitions, I welcome anyone seeking emotional clarity, energetic balance, or support through change.
